Set a rejection goal this week. Seriously. Try to get rejected at least once a day! Send the text, make the invite, pitch the idea. Then celebrate the fact that you tried. (and see how your life changes for the better) Bonus points: find a friend to do this with and text each other your rejections.

My friend called me the other night just to say she was proud of herself. (Love that!!) That's the kind of phone call I want to get more of. What she did might surprise you.

Your friend group isn't actually a group. It's something else entirely.
